With over 30 years as a construction professional, I bring a personal touch to every property and renter I work with. Whether it’s a detailed home inspection, a custom renovation, or hands-on property management, I give each project—and each tenant—my full attention. I’ve spent years managing my own rentals and those of friends and family, getting to know every property inside and out, solving issues before they grow, and keeping tenants happy with prompt, caring service. When I inspect a home, I’m there personally, checking every detail to ensure nothing’s overlooked. For renovations, I tailor every job—big or small—to the property’s unique needs, delivering quality work with my own hands.
